Interested in geometry and experimenting with new ideas, Frank read architecture in Shanghai Jiao Tong University and in the following year worked as an assistant architect for Emirates Neon Group in Shanghai. In March 2009 he joined Tom Stuart-Smith Ltd where he is involved in detailed design and production drawings, and leads the office in computer landscape visualisations.
