Chelsea 2019

RHS Bridgewater Garden

To celebrate the opening of the new RHS Bridgewater garden, we were commissioned by the RHS to design a feature garden as a collage for the Chelsea Flower Show, showcasing the landscape around what will be the new Welcome building.

The RHS Bridgewater Garden at Chelsea is the largest garden at this year’s show, double the size of one of the Show Gardens, highlighting key features from the designs for the 154 acre garden which will open in 2020.

The garden is subdivided by paths, which will be fully accessible by the public. The pattern of paths is similar to that at Bridgewater and based on a mathematical pattern called the Voronoi diagram.

The entire garden will be relocated to RHS Garden Bridgewater after the show, where it will be reconfigured.

We collaborated with crocus.co.uk to build the garden. Crocus and Hortus Loci supplied the plants
